Shree's Beauty Tips #6 : Makeup Mistakes That Make You Look Older

Happy New Year darlings.....It's have been almost 2 weeks I did not update beauty tips for my followers.. As a complement today's tips is one of the most important beauty tips that women should know..great mistakes we DO most of the time...

First and foremost... No Blush..
Our faces lose color as we age, leading to a washed out complexion that makes blush all the more important. Blend a cream formula onto the apples of your cheeks for a lit-from-within glow. Women without blusher below looks young and fresh

Second..Too Much of Foundation
Caked on foundation brings out wrinkles because the product settles into fine lines. Instead, use a damp sponge to apply a single light layer of moisturizing foundation (not matte or long-wearing), which will hydrate skin and de-emphasize creases.
Kris Jenner

Third.. Too Much Concealer Under the Eyes
Dark bags under the eyes can age you, but caking on the concealer can draw attention to the problem. Choose a richly pigmented, creamy stick concealer, which gives you coverage without having to cake on product.
Demi Moore

Fourth..Dark Lipstick
As we age, our lips become thinner, and dark lip colors actually make the mouth look smaller. Stick to bright or light-colored lipsticks and add a dab of gloss in the center to plump your pout.
Sofia Vergara

Fifth...Eye Liner around the entire eye
Solid dark eye liner can be very harsh, creating sharp lines that can bring out crow’s feet and make eyes look smaller. Thick liner on the upper lashes can also make lids look heavier. Instead, line only the outer three quarters of the eye, and smudge your liner with a Q-tip or angled brush to soften the look. Use a brightening shade to highlight the inner corners.
Cameron Diaz

Sixth...Mascara on Lower Lashes
You’ve been told time and time again, applying mascara on the lower lashes will make your eyes look bigger. But when you get older, this trick can actually make eyes look droopy. Instead, stick to emphasizing the upper lashes to keep your look from becoming bottom-heavy.
Naomi Watts

Seventh ... Too Thin Eyebrows
Eyebrows actually thin and fade with age, which is why fuller brows make most faces look more youthful. Use an angled brush to fill in sparse brows with a powder one shade lighter than your natural brow color.

Pamela Anderson

Last but not least...Too Much Bronzer
Wearing bronzer over the entire face can make you look older. Instead stick to the ‘C’ formation — on the temples, along the sides of the face and right under the cheekbones.

Shree's Beauty Tips #5 : Quick Way to Get Long Hair

Pixie cuts, bobs and shoulder length hair can perfectly frame a face, but when it comes time to grow out strands for a new style, the wait can be a long one. Forget marking days off the calendar for a Rapunzel-inspired mane. Read on for the fastest way to grow your tresses, sans extensions.
Adjust Your Diet
“A healthy diet that incorporates a mix of protein and nutrients can improve the condition of your hair,” says Celebrity Hairstylist and NYC Salon Owner Julien Farel. He explains that balanced eating keeps follicles strong and hair from breaking easily. Dr. Gervaise Gerstner, MD, a board-certified NYC Cosmetic & Medical Dermatologist, advises to incorporate omega-3 oils. “I recommend salmon or supplements. Nuts are a good source, too, especially almonds.”
…But Don’t Over Do It
Dr. Gerstner says it’s important to keep weight stable and not yo-yo diet, as hair can be affected by extreme regimen changes, in addition to stress and hormone levels.
Get Smart About Styling
It’s well known that heat can hurt hair, so limiting the use of a flat iron to three times a week is best, says Dr. Gerstner. She also advises the limitation of sunlight (as it can strip the hair) and blow drying, adding, “A weekly deep conditioner masque is a good idea to keep hair as healthy as possible.” According to Farel, many hair care products include the same ingredients as detergents, so it is vital to choose wisely.
Try Vitamins and Conditioning Ingredients
“Phytantriol, arginine and fish oil, and biotin aid in the production of enzymes and hormones which can help stimulate hair growth,” says Farel, Shree's suggest our hero product, Elysyle Tricho Care, which also helps aid hair growth and scalp stimulation. The cleanse-treat-condition formula is designed to push regenerating anti-aging ingredients, like hyaluronic acid, deeper into the follicle, scalp and hair, which helps prolong the hair’s growth phase.
Take It Easy
Because stress can affect hair, Dr. Gerstner recommends weekly deep tissue massages to relax body and mind. “The adrenals pump out extra cortisol when we are stressed, which leads to acne, skin inflammation, and possible hair disorders,” she says. to give relaxation to the scalp, visit Shree's for a hair loss treatment oil massage, and get a FREE hair fall ointment!!!
Or, you can always take some time off. “Your hair is a reflection of how you feel,” says Farel. “If you are healthy, or on vacation, your hair looks great, shiny and is easy to style.”
